You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. Past performance of any analysis or signal is not indicative of future results.

Use of the Product requires a valid Claude AI subscription (Claude Pro or higher) and a Bitget exchange account. These are third-party services not owned or operated by NexTrade AI. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by Anthropic (Claude) or Bitget that may affect the Product's functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NexTrade AI and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Product, including any trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
All content, prompts, files, documentation, and materials included in the Product are the intellectual property of NexTrade AI. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited and may result in legal action.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify customers of material changes where possible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

NexTrade AI is a digital product. Because it is delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned," our refund policy is intentionally narrow and clearly defined below.
All sales of NexTrade AI are final. Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase — and its contents are immediately accessible — we do not offer refunds based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to achieve trading profits.
We will issue a full refund only in the following circumstance:
